- Adoption of ACT Alliance EU Strategy 2022+: The General Assembly held in Brussels witnessed the adoption of our strategic framework, paving the way for focused action and collective impact.
- Advocacy on Ukraine Crisis: Through round table discussions and workshops, we delved into the implications of the Ukraine crisis, emphasising the importance of humanitarian and development aid partnerships.
- Engagement with EU Stakeholders: From meetings with political groups to dialogues with directorates, ACT Alliance EU remained engaged with EU stakeholders on crucial issues such as migration, localisation, and the triple nexus.
- Advocacy Events: We organised advocacy events addressing food security, climate nexus, and peace. These events underscore the interconnectedness of these pressing issues and the need for collaborative solutions.
- Strategic Planning and Synergies: Our team retreat and engagements with global partners enabled us to strategise effectively. We tried to ensure that both our short and long-term goals aligned with the broader work of the international ACT Alliance.
- Participation in CONCORD Webinar: ACT Alliance EU played an active role in the adoption of a joint Africa-EU civil society declaration, setting the stage for collaborative efforts ahead of the AUEU Summit.
